There's lots of great stuff on this month's Cassette! Side A opens with two voice demos from Dennis Steele, this month's interview subject. The first is his straight voice demo; the second is his character voice demo. We fill out the rest of Side A with the usual array of superb promo production!
Side B opens with five winners from the recent Vermont Ad Club's Pegasus awards. Mary Collins provided the spots and also enjoyed taking home one of the awards for cut 2! (Though several people were involved with each cut, for brevity's sake, we only listed the Creative Directors.) Cut 8 is for a "gentlemen's" club in which the ladies are...well...totally nude. The client wanted to use the word "naked," and the station GM said no. This is the result that kept 'em both happy! (By the way, both this cut and cut 11 on side A are done in a 2-track room -- good examples of "back to the basics" creative production!)
