On this month's Cassette, we kick of side A with work from Glenn Miller, subject of this month's interview. The rest of the January Cassette is a collection of some of the best work that made it on The Cassette throughout 1989. We gathered up a couple of prodo types here in the Dallas area to help with the selection. Bear in mind that what is on this month's Cassette is not what we determined to be THE BEST of 1989, but more a collection of SOME of the best. Next year, we hope to turn this into THE BEST OF, and introduce the Radio And Production Awards. Look for more on that as we get into 1990.

Note that some of the people listed are no longer at the stations listed with their names. Also, the spots are in no specific order (i.e. best first). The idea to do a "best of" came early in December. After receiving VERY few entries for a January Cassette, the idea looked even better. (Hope you like the outcome!) If you sent in a tape for the January Cassette, you don't need to submit another one for February. However, if you didn't (probably because of the Christmas rush), please drop us something in the mail this month -- Let's keep The Cassette comin'! Have a great year!
